Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription options, pricing, billing cycle, and taxes (if applicable)
are shown in your account dashboard.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions typically renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You can cancel from your account dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds: Refund eligibility (if any) depends on the plan terms shown at checkout/dashboard and applicable law.
- Chargebacks: Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of access pending resolution.
4. Content, License & Intellectual Property
The Service may include original articles, summaries, commentary, member posts, recordings, and other materials
(“Content”). Unless otherwise stated, the Content is owned by the Service or its licensors.
- Member license: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Content for your personal use while your subscription is active.
- No redistribution: You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or share member-only Content outside the Service without written permission.
- Public sources: Some Content may reference or link to third-party sources. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it.
